We know that walking into a new church for the first time can bring up a lot of questions. You can arrive knowing that we have a place for you and for your kids. You’ll be greeted, expected, and can know exactly what to do next.
Here’s What We’ll Do For You
Easily Check-in Your Kids
Our Kids welcome desk volunteers will walk you through how to check in your kids. We’ll ask for a few basic details, and get your kids safely checked-in in just a few minutes.
A Welcome Gift
A book for you, and a child-friendly gift for each of your kids. Your’s to keep — no strings.
A Personal Host
Someone from our Concierge Welcome Team will be looking for you by name and walking you through your first visit. You won’t need to figure it out alone.
Free Drink
Grab a coffee, hot chocolate, or tea from our Oaks Coffee cart. Drinks are free every week!

Ready to Visit
If you already know you want to come, we want to make it easy for you. Give us some information about you and your family, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Totally fine. Give us your name and email, and we’ll send you five short emails over the next couple of weeks. We’ll send you some practical things to know before your first visit, stories from people like you, and a personal note from our lead pastor.

Come as you are. Some folks dress up; most don’t. Jeans are just fine.

We have age-specific programs for kids from birth through 5th grade during the service. When you check in your kids, each child will receive a name tag, and you’ll receive a security tag to make pickup quick and safe.
Students in grades 9-12 meet weekly on Sunday nights, and students in grades 6-8 join the high schoolers on Sunday nights once a month. All students worship with their families on Sundays. You can learn more about our Student Ministries here: oakscg.church/students
