    Kayleigh leads Oaks Kids with a passion for helping children know and love Jesus. She equips leaders and parents to guide kids as they discover who God is, how they fit into his story, and what it means to grow a faith that lasts.

  • Cari Doornink

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Cari has a variety of work and life experiences, which, along with her energy and enthusiasm for people, she eagerly fills this “Swiss Army Knife” position! She loves to serve others and facilitate a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere for our church community. Cari aids in connections, service setup and organization, responding to your insights and inquiries, and supporting our fantastic volunteer team!

  • Kellee Flansburg

    KIDS MINISTRY ASSISTANT

    Kellee serves as the Kids Ministry Assistant, partnering with the Kids Director to help Oaks Kids run smoothly and joyfully. From curriculum prep to volunteer care, she loves creating spaces where kids can feel welcomed and discover who Jesus is and how much he loves them.

  • Ariel Koning

    WORSHIP DIRECTOR

    Ariel leads the worship ministries at Oaks and equips, coaches, and trains congregation members to use their musical and technical skills to bring glory to God with the gathered church. She also partners with our Five Oaks campus for Student Ministries in leading their youth worship team.

  • Henry Michael Williams

    LEAD/CAMPUS PASTOR

    Henry Michael has a passion for making disciples and fostering meaningful relationships. He is excited to lead this unique “slow plant” journey, transitioning from a multisite campus into an autonomous church in the coming years. He is joined by his wife, Holly, and their four children—Navy, Hank, Mack, and Bonnie—who are equally eager to embrace this new season of ministry. Outside of church-related activities, you’ll likely find Henry spending time with his family, reading a good book, fly fishing, cheering on the Vikings, or playing pickleball. The Williams family looks forward to building connections and growing together with the people of Cottage Grove.
